Morton's new signings Jayden Gorman and Calvin Okike made a special community appearance at a Costa Coffee drive-thru in Greenock on Tuesday. The visit offered supporters a chance to meet the pair away from the pitch as the club looks to foster connections during a challenging period.

Forward Jayden Gorman and defender Calvin Okike, both new arrivals at Cappielow this season, got behind the counter with staff and posed for pictures with fans. Gorman joined Morton during the summer, having previously played for Dubai City FC and been part of Perth Glory's set-up. Okike arrived on loan from Hull City in September and spent time in Sunderland's academy earlier in his career.

The appearance comes as Morton sit 10th in the Scottish Championship with just one point from their opening eight games. Their recent form reads five matches without a win, including a 2-0 defeat at Inverness Caledonian Thistle last Friday.

Morton's next match is at home to second-placed Raith Rovers on Saturday, October 3. The club will hope the positive engagement off the field can translate into a much-needed improvement on it, with the full squad list available on our squad page.
