Jude Bonnar, 20, is set for a loan move to Arbroath after training with the Scottish Championship club this week. The Celtic B midfielder, who featured in pre-season squads, will join the Red Lichties for the remainder of the season, according to Record Sport. Bonnar, who traveled to Ireland and Portugal with the senior squad for pre-season tests against Shelbourne and Sporting CP, did not earn minutes but gained valuable experience. His loan move to Arbroath follows a successful stint at Ayr United last season, where he made 30 appearances under manager Scott Brown. The 20-year-old, who previously trained with Celtic's senior team, seeks regular first-team action to further his development. Arbroath, who finished third in the Championship last season, aim to secure Bonnar's loan ahead of their league clash with Greenock Morton this Saturday.
